Best Remedy for Sun-Burn

Recently, I went to the F1 at Sepang. And the sun was crazy.

Of course, I did apply the trusty Sun Play Perfect Shield 130 on my face, neck, hands, back of neck.

However, I neglected my chest and look what happened! The burning sensation was not fun, it was painful and itchy. So, I immediately plucked an aloe vera and applied it directly to the burnt area. Really soothing. And the redness was gone almost the next day!

Now, it is all ok again :D

P/S: Must not miss out ANY skin on your body when applying sun screen.

Ouch, that looks real painful. Yeah the best way to treat sun burn or any minor rashes is still good ol’ fresh aloe vera :p
