Voted as the Best Voluming Mascara in Cleo’s Beauty Hall of Fame, I can’t disagree with this title. At leaat to me it is not.
Written earlier in my review, I have mentioned about this mascara which does nothing at all for my short lashes, it neither adds to volume or length, in fact, I find this mascara hard to use. The mascara on the wand just wouldn’t stick to my lashes! It is indeed a disappointed of its claim of ‘turbo boost’, and, it takes a considerably long time to dry, and it weighs the lash down.
So, have you tried this? How do you find it?

I haven’t tried this editions of Maybelline mascara but I have tried some other editions of Maybelline mascara called Unstoppable. It also falls short of its claim as per advertise on TV so I am not suprised the Volume Express also did not match up to the claim in what they claimed.
Lily: Yeah, most of the mascaras do not live up to their claims, which is really frustrating to me. Now, I am really hesitant to try out new products on shelves.
i’m using the maybelline XXL waterproof mascara. really good! it stays on forever, holds the curls and is truly waterproof. i use olive oil to clean it off heh. i think, for asians with short lashes, those two-steps mascaras helps a lot because of the fibre which lenghthens the lashes. i’d buy the XXL again, without doubt. 🙂
