Voted as the Best Waterproof Mascara in Cleo’s beauty hall of fame, I have my own words for it.
I thought I have written about this before, in fact I did not. But, I have tried this mascara.
I wouldn’t say it is the best waterproof mascara, but it does lengthen and volume up my short lashes. It is definitely much better than the Maybelline voloume turbo boost or Unstoppable mascara. But, one thing bad about this lash prism is, it takes a long time to dry, which will weigh your lash down faster and might smudge your eye! So, you have to becareful when you are using this.
I would not say this is a very good mascara, but, at least, it does lengthen my lashes. Pricing at RM12.90, worth trying out.
