With the overwhelming Qs and comments that I had from my post last last Sept on Brands Inner Shine Prune Essence, Brands was very kind to have sponsored me a month’s supply of Innershine Prune Essence for review since i was not able to answer the Qs I got without a proper road test.
Ta dah! 5×6 bottles = 30 bottles = one month’s stock !
I love the screw bottle as it is very easy to open and it won’t hurt your hand anymore unlike the traditional chicken-essence bottle. I love the taste, if you have taken dried prunes before, this tastes exactly like it!
Having tested it for a month, and I have some conclusions myself. And also to clarify that, this post is based on my true personal experience, so it might differ individually.
A month ago i had some pimples that kept flaring up, on the same spot! It just refused to heal or fade.
Together with proper skincare, my pimples finally heal and scar started to fade to my skin color! EEEeeek for the facial hair and pores 🙁 but that aside, i am really glad that they are finally healing. I had no idea why it has been bothering me for almost 2 months despite the stuff that I applied on them! I have quite fair skin, hence redness/bumps/scar can be seen CLEARLY, which is truly annoying.
Prior to this, I have been taking this on and off since it is not a small amount to fork out to supply myself daily, and that was why i had seen no results.
After 30-day-test, I find that:
– my skin tone is more even
– my digestive system is good! I occasionally suffered from constipation, but lately it has been smooth and silky for me.
– more even skin tone (pimples do break out unfortunately)
However, the downside is, you have to continuously take this for at least 2 weeks or a month to see results yourself. And that’s where money comes into concern too.
Now that my stock has run out, what should i do? Anyone has experience to share?

Sad that I can’t take prunes. I took two prunes once and gotten diarrhea the next few hours later.

helo there 😀 im thinking of trying this prune essence but still hesitating..hmm..cuz most ppl saying that i look pale and sick. my skin tone is rather uneven as well..and quite yellowish and that’s why i look sick i think. am wondering if i should try this….

rozy: if you have diabetes, i advise you NOT to take it without doctor’s consultation as it is prune essence and it is sweet. Unless you have a green light from doct, then it is a yes 🙂 i hope it helps!
dear, can i take in everyday the pati prune.
It’s my 1 week eating this Pati Prune but seems like my Pimples is getting more than I usually have. Is it the side effect? Should I continue or should I stop? But I love it cause I don’t have to deal with digestive problem anymore. The thing that I’m worried is my pimple. *Sobs*
i can’t agree more…taking innershine berry essence helps my eyes..i frequently has to use eye drops to moisturize them…but as everybody says it is really expensive but worth it. hope Brand can give special price to its regular users..:-)

Hey Prettybeautiful. I guess at first when I use it. My pimple pops out because it’s the process of detoxification. Now after quite long taking it. My pimples is getting less. My skin is getting more radiant. I can see the changes in me. Plus, I never missed going to toilet everyday. No more constipation. I’m happy & satisfy about this product!!! 😀 <3 Inner shine Prune Essance. It's effective if you guys take it every night like I do.
Gonna try Innershine Berry Essence next month. 😀
