Brands has been a popular brand of chicken essence, and some time ago, they launched this prune essence, to promote ‘inner shine’.
All of us know that, beauty alone does not come from the outside, we need to take care ourselves as well as internally, we are what we eat. And we can tell by just looking at our skin. But, whether this prune essence can really achieve what it says or not, I am not too sure. It claims to promote radiant and healthier skin.
This prune essence tastes exactly like prunes, you know, it’s like the sun-sweet prunes, but of course this is much thicker, to my surprise, it is not as sweet as I thought it would be, which is better of course. So far.. i only drank one bottle.
A box of 6 costs about RM22.80 at Watsons’ or Guardian, if you love ribena, you are going to love this too!

erin: i am not too sure about whether pregnant women can take this or not, but this tastes exactly like the sunshine prunes, although it tastes natural to me, but i think u can go jusco wellness store to check out with the promoter. 
can u suggest how many bottles i need to take it? one bottle per day or per week?
hana: the promoter told me to drink one bottle a day if u can afford it. Or 2-3 times per week is also fine.
I jus started drinking Brands InnerShine-Pati Beri. It tastes good as well. In this range it states that it has vitamins A,C,E & zinc in it. So I’m guessing that it’s good for skin as well. Dun you all think so? But it says at the box that it’s good for your eyes. So i’m confused, on which should i take for my skin - Prune or Pati Beri? Whn i asked the aunty at the store, she said the Prune is good for your digestion system. Hhmmm..?
jehan: if you want to take it for skin, i suggest you take the pati prune. prune is a high antioxidant food (2x more than berries), and it is good for detoxifying, hence you will be able to flush out your toxins. when u have good digestive system, your skin will be good as well.
as for the berries, they contain lutein, which is important for healthy vision, especially blueberries and raspberries. so, now you see the differences? i hope this helps!
i was just thinking of buying this .. while sitting in the meeting room.. yawning..hehe! will try this soon..
I just watch the promo in Wanita Hari Ini at TV3. I think I’m gonna try this product and I think it’s not so expensive compare to the cost of skincare products I’ve been trying before. Plus, I like anything taste fruity
Chix: yeah now I am beginning to see more and more ads for this in the market. you can just try it it is nice to drink, except for the fact that it is a little too sweet. since it is essence, so i guess it is supposed to be tht way
i’ve bought a boxes of this inner shine prune essence, so far for one week i’ve drank six bottles of this. i like it very much. it is suggested that you take it before you sleep at night as it is the best times for the digestives systems to function well, and you’re not consuming any food anymore. what can i said is that, after tasted six bottles, i would say that it is very good for your digestive systems. by the way, the prices at watson is rm 22.90.

i’ve already bought the pati prune!!! its only rm19.50 at chinese drug store.i think its much cheaper there.. (~.^)

i think i should take this prune bc0z as a student i always stay awake late at night and got not enough sleep.
this pati prune rich with fiber n vit c which its good for the skin n also refresh our tiring body causes from less sleep hours.
at starting i’ve drank a bottle each of every night
but for 2 week later i took 2-3 bottles per week
i think all d girls out there should try this innershine prune essence!
but im wondering, can i still drink innershine berry essence eventhough im taking d prune essence? i mean a night for berry n d other night for prune?
stilettos: wow it is so much cheaper than the watsons or guardian. well, you can take both if you like. like i said earlier, prune is more for skin and detoxification and berry essence is more for eyes and vision since they contain lutein.
why not u run a test to see if it works even better with this combo of day and night?

I still don’t understand..Inner Shine got 2 different essence,Berry essence n’ Prune essence rite? So which one is better for me.. I got a dry skin n in da same time i also want a beautiful eyes.. *wink*
felina: well, prune is more for skin and digestive system, detox, while berry is more for the eye. So your choice should be based on your priority 
can take both if you wish. But, I would recommend prune for better skin and cleaner body though. hehe

adline: yeah u can join, by just using any innershine bottle caps i guess since they never stated clearly that it must be from the berry essence

mil: well, i am not sure if this will make your skin fairer, but, this will help to detox, so, your skin condition will also be improved
i just bought both prune and berry essences last nite… Hopefully it works since I planned to drink both on daily basis..
diva: hope it works for u but one thing is, must drink on a longer term to see results. u can’t feel it if it’s only one week or 2
