erin: i am not too sure about whether pregnant women can take this or not, but this tastes exactly like the sunshine prunes, although it tastes natural to me, but i think u can go jusco wellness store to check out with the promoter.

I jus started drinking Brands InnerShine-Pati Beri. It tastes good as well. In this range it states that it has vitamins A,C,E & zinc in it. So I’m guessing that it’s good for skin as well. Dun you all think so? But it says at the box that it’s good for your eyes. So i’m confused, on which should i take for my skin - Prune or Pati Beri? Whn i asked the aunty at the store, she said the Prune is good for your digestion system. Hhmmm..?

jehan: if you want to take it for skin, i suggest you take the pati prune. prune is a high antioxidant food (2x more than berries), and it is good for detoxifying, hence you will be able to flush out your toxins. when u have good digestive system, your skin will be good as well.

as for the berries, they contain lutein, which is important for healthy vision, especially blueberries and raspberries. so, now you see the differences? i hope this helps!

I have tried twelve bottles but still don’t see the different. Of course lah coz I took them consecutively for two weeks and for sure there are no major improvements. I wonder how long I should take it. Some people suggest that continuously taking for 3 weeks and then take 2 weeks consecutively. I do not know. But I have to try it and see the different.

I plan to take it continuously in three months. Where can I buy it in bundle with the fewer prices? Anyone can advice.

I’am googling bout his Prune Essence since i really concern about my pimples, oily face & dry skin…some said that you will get pimple and some said that its helps with your digestion. Most of the comment i read said that they can’t see the difference within 2 weeks..memaning we have to consume 24 bottles a month to see the differences, right?

I read that prunes are natural laxative - to rid of toxics in the body naturally but it doesnt really make ur skin ’shine’ as in ‘glow’… it doesnt maintain skin’s elasticity. As for berries, maybe they’re using bilberries (good antioxidant) which is to improve poor eyesight condition.

For beautiful skin, I stick to Meiji Amino Collagen for maintenance as it has higher collagen content and I supplement with Vitamin C (everyday I chew about 5 tablets, it’s like eating sweets). After 3-6 months, surely can see the skin difference, esp if you’re in you are reaching 30 soon or in your 30s. I think the effect is faster if you have dry skin, and you are past the 20s era.
