I keep my skin hydrated by drinking alot of water, putting on hydration mask twice a week and also I carry with me a hydrating mist spray all the time

Cracycat May 21, 2010 at 9:25 am

Drink a lot of water is the major way, and don’t forget to always apply the hydrating lotion on body, hydrating essence for face too ^^

Dvvu May 21, 2010 at 9:32 am

Drink more water and try to minimize sitting/ sleeping under the air-con if possible.

Sherry May 21, 2010 at 9:37 am

I drink plenty of water and also drink fruit juice. sleep for 6 hours at least and if I sleep in aircon room need to a cup in the room avoid skin dry.

To keep my skin hydrated, I drink plenty (and I mean A LOT) of water daily and religiously treat my skin to a hydrating mask twice a week. =)

emily May 21, 2010 at 11:15 am

SLEEP! enough rest is crucial to the skin! n drink lotsa water too! 😀

Lish May 21, 2010 at 12:57 pm

I drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and 8 hours of sleep. Masking once every week gives my skin the extra boing boing.

Connie May 21, 2010 at 1:28 pm

I try to drink lots of water and avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine as much as possible. Use a good moisturizer and serum daily and not forgetting hydrating mask twice weekly. Sleep well and eat more fruits and vegetables.

slowbrogal May 21, 2010 at 4:58 pm

Drink more water and eat more fruits. Use hydrating skincare product such as hydrating mask and essence. Remember to apply more lotion especially expose too long in air-conditioner room.

I do the DIY lotion mask everyday. I learnt that the Japanese people do this night and day as part of their regime. It really works! After the first week, I can feel that my skin is much plumpier and my pores less visible =)

Congrats on your Wedding! =D

I try to drink lots of water during the day, and spritz on Avene’s Thermal Water regularly! Love the refreshing feeling 🙂 Of course, not forgetting to moisturise with a non-oily day cream and for night times, I use 100% rosehip oil for more intense hydration.

I keep my skin hydrated by drinking lots of water, and slathering all sorts of hydrating products on. Moisturizer, serum, facial mask you name it. Not everyday of course, don’t wanna overload my skin.

Pei Ni May 22, 2010 at 6:50 pm

i have slight oily skin, but still i need to hydrate my skin so i use gel based moisturiser as it is lighter and not so sticky(hates the sticky feel). And i do use sleeping pack weekly to replenish moisture in my skin. of course reminding myself to drink lots of water. 🙂

Shane May 22, 2010 at 8:08 pm

drink 2ltrs water every day, apply hydrating essence and lotion twice a day, hydrating mask every week. Apply lotion every time i wash my hand or body^^

Jan May 23, 2010 at 2:17 am

I keep my skin hydrated first off by using laneige’s multi cleanser, something that removes all the dirt and makeup yet does not strip off my skin’s natural oil, followed by p&j’s moisturizing lotion! I’d also apply egyptian cream or hydrating mask whenever i need the extra hydration. As for the body, I use palmer’s olive butter to keep it moisturized all day long! & drinking loads of water definitely is a must to keep hydrated at all times in our country 🙂

milktea May 23, 2010 at 1:23 pm

I keep my skin hydrated by not using facial soap or cleansing foam. Anything which purports to give a “clean” feel is out of the question. Have relied on Cetaphil for years!

Sue May 23, 2010 at 2:49 pm

For me, I do masking every two days to keep my skin hydrated. I’ll make sure I have a cup of water with me whenever I’m sitting in a air-con room (so that my skin moisture level is still there). Also, moisturizer + lotion is a must to “lock” the face moisture in. 😀
