Beauty Bloggers Top Picks of 2009 and What’s New on the Shelves in 2010

Er hem. I am proud to announce that I have not bought anything big this year. What’s new on the shelves?

Already on the shelf: Maybelline Magnum Volume Express Mascara @ RM35.90. The packaging looks quite promising, I wonder how will it fare on my lashes.

Will be on the shelf: Clarins Spring Make-up Collection: Cotton Flower. Once again, they look really pretty! I seriously find it hard to deflower pretty stuff. Available on 1st of February 2010.
