I have no idea why, I am very prone to insomnia. It gets very annoying when my sleep gets disrupted, or when I try hard to sleep and yet I can’t sleep.

I am not really a afternoon-nap person, so, I can stay like 20 hours awake a day alive and kicking. I do get tired, but still I won’t fall asleep easily. I have tried many ways to sleep, but all failed.

What do you do when you can’t sleep? Usually, I will just get up and surfing or blogging, until I get really tired. But, sometimes, I just get more and more awake sitting in front of computer.

Sigh. Any suggestions to help me sleep? HELPPPPPPPP!

Body Odour aka B.O, can really be a pain in the ass. It somehow disturbs our image. But, there is always a way to combat BO, not to say cure, but to reduce it.

No, I don’t have BO, but I just like to try stuff. This Bioglo is actually only exclusive at the Cosway, if you are a Cosway member then you should be familiar with their products. They used to have a better deodorant but it’s obsolete now. I guess this is the new stuff as replacement.

This Deo Spray is totally scentless. It feels only like… water. Plain water. It claims to refresh and protect. Protect our underarm? Or protect the smell? I wonder. But, after spraying this, I sprayed it on my shirt though, not directly to underarm, I did not smell any scent at all, it felt like spraying water only.

Whose armpits don’t smell? I wonder. Although this is scentless, but it kept my armpit from totally scentless for that day, even though I was sweating and running around. So, I guess, this helps a little. It does not get rid your BO, but it gets rid of your armpit smell. BO not necessarily comes from the arm pit only.

We can’t emphasize on the wonders of drinking sufficient water daily. We have heard numeroues studies and reports on the papers and mags. Ideally, 8 big glasses each day will be enough for you to run your motor smoothly.

The important part is, wash down with a big glass of water right water you wake up, to both flush your toxins away and resupply the water that you lose over a night. Or even better, have a glass of warm lemon water, squeeze some lemon into a little warm water and drink it. Trust me, this is no bullshit and it really works.

Lately, I keep reminding myself that I should drink more water to keep my skin hydrated, and, true enough, after about a month of this practice, my skin condition changed. I used to have occasional outbreaks, but now, I don’t see the outbreak anymore, and pimple will be gone within 2 days completely without having to apply any pimple cream.

I don’t know whether this is the total credit of H2o alone, or my skincare as well. I shall credit the both of them. So, if you have not drink enough, start today and observe the result yourself!

Be caution though, 3L of water a day should be enough, anything more than that, there might be water retention, which I experienced myself as well. So, happy drinking!

Acne has been a common problem for most of the teenagers. Like my sister, she, has also suffered the same fate. Acne is nothing new and has been around as long as the human lived.

But, there are so many acne combating skincare in the market,how should you go round choosing a suitable one? My sister had tried numerous acne cream, facial wash, even from the beauty salon, but none of them worked. So, she decided to switch to the doctor for help.

The doctor initially prescribed her a trial version of the Neosatra acne combat series. Neosatra, I believe, is a pharmaceutical brand, which is only available at the doctors or selected pharmacies. It’s not those over-the-counter product. The doctor also gave her medicine such as Anti-Biotics as well, to control the outbreak.

My sister has an oily skin, and due to the study stress, the break outs are non-stop, they become especially bad nearing the exam time. But too bad she did not let me take a picture of her. Otherwise I could show you guys. So, she started the Neosatra facial cleanser as a start, together with oil control and day cream., and of course, acne cream.

With the combination of both medication and skincare, significant results were shown shortly after 2 weeks use. I can tell you, the results were better and faster than we had expected. The redden patches of acne were faded to lighter red, and the outbreaks stopped. But the nature of this clarifying facial cleanser is quite drying, and it smells medicated.
