
As I have written about Brands Inner Shine Prune Essence quite some time ago, I finally bought this Brands InnerShine Berry Essence as well. Oh well, I am despo due to the pimples.
As drawn on the box, berry essence is for morning and prune essence is for night. Somehow the check box on the packaging looks like sanitary pad types to me - day and night use. Don’t you think so?
For the taste, berry tastes as good as prunes. I try not to drink more than 3 bottles a day! 62ml just doesn’t seem enough for one shot. I have finished these 6 bottles now, honestly, I can’t feel any difference right now. I probably need to drink more for a longer time? Since now Watsons is selling 2 boxes of Brands Inner Shine Prune Essence for RM34, I will probably buy that to try out for another 2 weeks to justify.
This package is good for trial before you decide to go choose berry or prune essence, and it is only RM19.80 at Watsons.

I am sure most of you ladies are very familiar with this pills, Eu Yan Sang Bak Foong Pill.
Well, I am not a regular of this, in fact, I just started taking 2 months ago, I am surprised that there are so many people who take this, it is said to regular our menses, for our well-being and etc.
But, my question is, what is the most obvious feeling we can feel? Will our menses become very regular? Or, we become stronger?

But, whether this prune essence can really achieve what it says or not, I am not too sure. It claims to promote radiant and healthier skin.
This prune essence tastes exactly like prunes, you know, it’s like the sun-sweet prunes, but of course this is much thicker, to my surprise, it is not as sweet as I thought it would be, which is better of course. So far.. i only drank one bottle.

It’s funny that the itch comes once in a while, and, for no reasons, luckily those mosquito-like pops never leave mark on face, but, if it happens, the itch will signal you!
I have been searching around for the remedies for flu, but mine is too long term. I have asked doctors about it, and they said if I undergo a minor surgery to cut off something in the nose, the recovery chance is 50-50. I have heard about people eating chinese-herb like pills, “ling zhi”, and 100% feedback told me that it is effective and their flu have been cured permanently.

Well, apart from the annoying itch on my face, right now, I feel sick like a dog. My nose is flowing like a spoilt water tap.
I have been having flu for 3 weeks in a row! Well, I have always had nose problems since young, it could be a sinus? No matter what medications I take, or how many specialists I have gone to, none of them worked. The specialists advised me to stop wasting money to visit them, there is no cure for my annoying nose problem.
As for the diet wise, I do drink lots of water, plenty of fruits and Vitamin C and occasional exercise, and none of them helped either! I even had those royal jelly supplements and etc till I gave up.
Does anyone have solutions for me? Damn, I am problematic.
I have no idea why, I am very prone to insomnia. It gets very annoying when my sleep gets disrupted, or when I try hard to sleep and yet I can’t sleep.
I am not really a afternoon-nap person, so, I can stay like 20 hours awake a day alive and kicking. I do get tired, but still I won’t fall asleep easily. I have tried many ways to sleep, but all failed.
What do you do when you can’t sleep? Usually, I will just get up and surfing or blogging, until I get really tired. But, sometimes, I just get more and more awake sitting in front of computer.
Sigh. Any suggestions to help me sleep? HELPPPPPPPP!
