This is really some long overdue post, but I shall do it nonetheless!
SOS stars of the day: Clarins Hydraquench Cream Mask + Bi-Phase Serum + Soothing Gel.
If you remember some time ago, I attended an awesome Clarins workshop and had the privilege to test out the newly launched HydraQuench series before anyone else. I must say that I am seriously in love with the Hydraquench Cream Mask too!
I have been using it almost once in 2 days for now and I think my skin is not as dry as before already!
Now, let’s see the perfect way to use the mask.
First, apply a layer of Hydraquench mask generously all over your face. It is better to have a thick layer. I believe most of us do not actually use enough of the right amount. And this layer on my face I don’t think its really sufficient too but I feel so heartpain to use more especially i am using it so regularly!
For those of you who have been following my blog for some time, you should notice that I hardly post my pictures. But this product I love it so much I have an exception.
Let it sit on your skin for about 10-15 mins.
Then…
Apply an empty sheet mask on your face over the cream, and slowly massage it from inwards>outwards for better absorption for about 2-3 mins.
As you can see, the side of the mask is not sticking really well, i guess it is either my face is so thirsty and hence all the cream is soaked, or I have not applied enough.
Peeling off the mask after the massage, you can see that the cream mask is almost gone. I checked the sheet mask, i was surprised that not much of the cream was on the sheet.
So, my skin drank it up all?
You can cleanse with water, or just toner.
For better results, I suggest you pair it up with the Bi-Phase Serum and soothing gel next.
And the next morning? My face feels really plump and so hydrated! And i also love the fragrance of the cream mask.
This mask has also been one of my soldiers in my acne-war. I noticed that, when your skin is hydrated enough, pimples will be off more easily.
The Price:
HydraQuench Smoothing Gel 50ml @ RM205.
HydraQuench Intensive Serum Bi-Phase 30ml @ RM225
HydraQuench Cream Mask 75ml @ RM135
I AM SERIOUSLY LOVING IT!!!
