After speaking to professional from Clarins, I would like to have a piece of advice here for girls who are trying out this serum.
If you have oily skin:
– you can use this only at day or night (whichever environment dries you out more).
– use it once in 2 days or as and when you feel the need to.
If you have dehydrated skin:
-of course you should use this everyday since this is an SOS serum!
It’s been a while since I have been testing the new Clarins HydraQuench Intensive Serum Bi-Phase (Dehydrated Skin) and it’s time for review!
The new Clarins HydraQuench Intensive Serum Bi-Phase (Dehydrated Skin). Full size item is 30ml @ RM225. Gotta love the glass bottle! Looks really classy.
And the pump. It is very hygienic too. No mess, and no, it does not leak.
So, how does it feel on the face?
This is the amount if about 2 pumps and sometimes even one pump is sufficient for my face! Depending on my skin condition, I adjust the amount accordingly.
During the session with Clarins, we were told that this is a life saviour SOS product even for use during the winter! Although Malaysia does not have winter, but I do sleep in air-conditioned room everynight, and working in air-con room in the day.
After some testing, I decided to just use this at night when my skin is really dry. I find that if I use in the day time, my face becomes oily faster. So switching it to night use has been good so far.
And guess what? Now finally my skin is not SO thirsty anymore, but I have another problem to face: which is, sensitive + acne prone skin! T_T
Gosh!
Overall, I find this product to be really good, so, if you have really seriously dry skin, this might really be your SOS!
Next: Hyraquench Cooling Cream-Gel (Normal to comvination skin or hot climates.)

I have been using this serum for the past 3 years. Last year they improve the formula & came up with this! lovely..
